We retain customer data for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes, in line with HMRC requirements. After this period, your data is securely deleted.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by ProClean Property Services Ltd. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations & pricing
- All quotes are fixed prices based on information provided at the time of booking
- If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the price before commencing work
- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days
2. Payment terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service and once you are satisfied with the results
- We accept card payment (via Stripe), bank transfer and cash
- For commercial contracts, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
3. Satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to rectify the issue at no charge. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept claims relating to that service visit.
4. Access & parking
- You must ensure clear access to the property and the areas to be cleaned on the agreed date
- For external cleaning (windows, pressure washing), access to an outdoor tap is required where possible
- Where parking is not available free of charge, any parking costs will be added to your invoice
5. Damage & liability
- In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, you must report it within 24 hours
- We cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, fragile or unstable items, or items not disclosed prior to the service
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss
6. Health & safety
- Our staff have the right to refuse to work in conditions they deem unsafe
- Please ensure pets are secured away from the work area during our visit
- We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to booking
7. Recurring services
- Window cleaning and domestic cleaning contracts are ongoing until cancelled by either party with reasonable notice
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to pause or cancel a regular service
- Failure to provide access on the agreed date may result in a missed visit charge of 50% of the service cost
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
One-off services (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing etc.)
- More than 48 hours notice — free cancellation, no charge
- 24–48 hours notice — no charge on first occasion; repeat short-notice cancellations may incur a 25% fee
- Less than 24 hours notice — 50% of the quoted service cost may be charged
- No show / no access on the day — 50% of the quoted service cost will be charged
Regular contracts (window cleaning rounds, domestic cleaning)
- Minimum 48 hours notice required to skip a visit without charge
- To cancel your regular service entirely, please give us 14 days written notice
End of tenancy & commercial cleans
- More than 72 hours notice — free cancellation
- Less than 72 hours notice — 50% deposit may be retained or charged
- Less than 24 hours notice — full quoted price may be charged due to resource allocation
⚠️ To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone on 07593 032998 or WhatsApp. Email cancellations are accepted but must be acknowledged by us to be valid.
Complaints Procedure
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Step 2 — Resolution
We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 72 hours. Where a return visit is required to rectify the issue, this will be arranged at no additional cost.
Step 3 — Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to:

- Trading Standards — via your local council
- ICO (for data protection complaints) — ico.org.uk
